Shipping & Returns

Integrated Monitoring Solutions will make ‘best efforts’ to ship stock items from our warehouse, or our suppliers’ warehouse, within 24 business hours upon receipt of order.

 

We ship weekdays from Monday to Friday; no weekend shipping is available.

 

Special delivery arrangements, such as a Saturday delivery, are available upon request.  Please call us with your request to determine availability.  Extra charges by the courier may apply.

 

Specially marked items, with a 'TypicalDelivery' of 2-3 days, 4-5 days, etc., indicate that items typically leave our location in that time frame after receipt of order.

 

Out of stock and backordered items:

·        Customers will be advised if an item(s) is out of stock or backordered.

·        Items may be left on order and will be shipped when in stock.

·       Customers can request split shipments, i.e., ship available stock now, the balance when available; multipleshipping fees may apply.

 

Shipping fees cover the cost of carriers, FOBMarkham Ontario, unless otherwise specified, and do not include duty, brokerage fees, import taxes, VAT, or any other fees that may apply.

 

Alternative shipping carriers and methods can be agreed upon by the customer and Integrated Monitoring Solutions.

 

International shipping costs will be calculated based on the total order; including the dimensions, weight and destination.

 

Standard Carriers:

·        Shipping from Integrated Monitoring Solutions to US destinations- Fed Ex

·        Shipping from Integrated Monitoring Solutions to Canadian destinations -Fed Ex

·        Drop shipments from US Suppliers to US customers- Fed Ex

·       Customer may provide a courier and their account number for collect shipments if preferred

 

Returns

Defective Goods - As per warranty of the manufacturer.   Defective units are to be returned to IMS with an RMA, as described below.

 

All Other Returns - Requests for refunds or exchanges will be considered up to 14 business days from the date of purchase.   Any products to be returned must be unopened and in resalable condition; software is non-returnable.   All other returns must include an RMA, as described below.

 

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Customer must pay for shipping costs back to Integrated Monitoring Solutions; and outbound shipping costs will not be credited.

 

Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA) - All returns require a ‘Return Materials Authorization’ Number (RMA), which must be obtained prior to returning any product.  Any returns not clearly displaying an RMA on the outside of the packaging will not be accepted.
